In the dining hall at the House of a Hundred Grandmothers: a simple dance of seats and carts, wheelchairs and walkers. Some eat the common meal as served; some as altered for their needs; some with the help of those, patient and gentle, who sit by their side. At the end, all dishes are stacked, each table's garbage scooped into a metal bowl. Servers circle once again, collecting the remnants, resetting the room for the following meal.
