She was a charming girl, part Scandinavian, part Israeli. She wore these false eyelashes, dark, huge, so heavy she could barely keep her eyes open. She was always fluttering her eyelids, like she was trying not to fall asleep. Nice girl. But she didn't last long here, at the hotel.
